The dashboard utilises SHAPE population health metrics, such as condition prevalence, demographic information and Core20Plus 5 indicators and is overlaid with SHAPE estates data. This includes CHP, NHS Property Services and Community Diagnostic Centres, vacant space, accessibility and travel analysis and population coverge.
